Overview
 
QA-LSP3000 is a high power laser shock peening machine system, which adopta the latest 3KW laserline diode laser, Kuka 6 axis robot and Siemens control system etc.
The laser shock peening control system includes two robots, one of which is a trajectory robot. During the laser shock peening process, the robot actuator realizes a curved trajectory movement of the laser beam relative to the surface of the workpiece, thereby realizing a specified position on the surface of the machined part. Enhanced treatment; the other is a water delivery robot that can form a uniform and stable water-constrained layer with a thickness of about 1 mm to 4 mm (adjustable) on the metal target, confining the plasma between the constraining layer and the metal target. . The trajectory robot used is a six-axis robot arm to realize complex surface machining trajectory operation. The other robot is for the LCP water Nazal.
 
Function:
The equipment is mainly used for laser processing (laser cladding ) on the surface of shafts, gears, discs, special-shaped parts, etc., to increase the hardness or corrosion resistance of the surface. The laser processing organization has metallurgical combination, small deformation, low interface dilution material, fine microstructure of the microstructure, and high surface fatigue life.
