Laser cutting type is classified into laser vaporization cutting, laser melting cutting, laser oxygen cutting, laser scribing and fracture control four. The criteria for measuring cutting technique includes cutting speed, cutting precision, stability and reliability, etc.

1. Air condition for control cabinet:Cooling for Electronic parts and Laser Power Supply, make sure control cabinet temperature at 26 degree, extend the life of electronic devices and save the power for the factory.
2. High electro-optical conversion efficiency: Fiber laser can convert up to 30 % electrical energy into laser energy. High energy conversion makes fiber laser more energy efficient.
3. Low running cost: The cutting cost by air is only 1.95usd/hour ;
4. Automatic search edge function: If metal sheet put slanting, machine can auto detect, and auto adjust cutting, less waste and no need to replace materials;
5. Power off cutting memory: When suddenly power off, software has memory of cut stop point, after power on, you can start cutting from the break point;
6. Install Proportional Valve: Use software to change the air and control the air pressure automatically, no need to change the air manually, it can save you much time;
7. Stable working table: Use 8mm thick steel side board, around 3.5 tons in weight;

Training to install:
Option A. We will supply the machine with training video and user's manual in English for installing, operation, maintenance and trouble-shooting, and shall give technical guide by e-mail, fax, telephone/MSN/ICQ and so on, when you meet some problems of installation, using or adjusting
Option B. You can come to Questt factory for training. Questt will offer professional guide. Direct and effective face-to-face training. Here we have assembled equipments, all sorts of tools and testing facility. Training Time: 7 working days
Option C. Our engineer will do a onsite instruction training service at your site. We need your help to deal with the visa formality, prepaid traveling expenses and accommodation to us during the business trip and service period before dispatch.
