His customers have no experience in using laser machines. We were required to provide training, and last year, our technicians arrived in Japan and provided a seven-day training. But at the beginning of this year, they placed another million-dollar order. Many of the products included were unfamiliar to them, so we will continue to send technicians to Japan to provide them with training. In the past year, he has purchased many of our machines, including EM smart series marking machines, battery-equipped marking machines, and CO2 flying laser marking machines and purchased our 100-watt suitcase laser cleaning machine, 200-watt suitcase laser cleaning machine, 300-watt laser cleaning machine, 3-in-1 laser welding machine, handheld laser welding machine, 6-axis laser robot, automated laser cleaning machine, automated laser welding machine, and the feedbacks are very good. His customers are full of praise for the quality of our products. At the end of last year, our company sent engineers to provide technical support to Japanese customers. For our further cooperation, they decided to send representatives to our company to study.
