The principle of laser composite cleaning: The advantage of laser composite cleaning is that the continuous laser and pulsed laser are functionally composited at the same time to form a processing characteristic of 1+1>2. The principle is mainly through the semiconductor continuous laser as the heat conduction output, so that the attachment to be cleaned absorbs energy to generate vaporization and plasma cloud, and forms a thermal expansion pressure between the metal material and the attachment, reducing the bonding force between the two layers. When the pulsed laser outputs a high-energy pulsed laser beam, the generated vibration shock wave will cause the attachments with weak binding force to be directly separated from the metal surface, thereby realizing rapid laser cleaning.   Advantages of laser composite cleaning: 1. Apply to the cleaning of thicker coating materials. Due to the large energy output of a single laser with multiple pulses, the high cost of high-power pulsed lasers limits the laser cleaning of thick coating materials, and the use of pulsed laser-semiconductor laser composite cleaning can quickly and effectively improve the cleaning quality, and the substrate is not easy Causes damage, so it is suitable for cleaning thicker coating materials. 2. Apply to laser cleaning of high reflective materials such as aluminum alloy. Single laser cleaning aluminum alloy and other surface oxide layers has problems such as high reflectivity. However, pulse laser-semiconductor laser combined cleaning, due to the thermal transmission of semiconductor laser, increases the energy absorption rate of the metal surface oxide layer, making the pulse laser The beam can peel off the oxide layer faster, thereby more effectively improving the removal efficiency.

To avoid damaging the surface of the component, industrial cleaning lasers with short pulses are used. Moderate beam intensities can therefore be used to remove contamination from the surface without damaging the metal underneath. When cleaning with light, organic and acidic oxide contaminations are efficiently blown off from the surface of metallic components. By intensifying the laser parameters, metallic materials in the uppermost boundary layer (typically up to 5 µm) can be modified to create structures or roughness. One example is to improve the corrosion behavior of light metals and to increase the surface area by roughening. Laser beam cleaning offers high precision and reproducibility, therefore saving enormous costs in industrial series production. The investment in current laser technology is often many times cheaper than that in, for example, wet chemical alternatives. In addition, the running costs of highly efficient laser machines are usually significantly lower because of their low energy consumption (a few kilowatt hours) and moderate maintenance requirements. Significant savings in component unit costs can thus be achieved, especially with large part quantities and fully automatic processes.        The flexibility that laser cleaning offers makes it suitable for various industrial applications, including pretreatment of joints for bonding           and welding; accurate contour removal of coating to, for example, provide electrical contact; paint stripping for adhesive pretreatment;           and post-treatment of welding seams and descaling of steels prior to varnishing/cathodic dip coating
