Introduction
QA-FLW1000H Fiber laser welding machine adopts a 1000W continous fiber laser source, cheap price but has long lifetime up to 100,000 hours.
For laser power, we can choose from 500W to up 3KW. We also have a new design, to replace with another head, you can also do cutting and cleaning jobs in the same machine.
The laser head adopts water-cooled design, it won’t get over-heated during welding, small diameter, easy for hand-holding.
We also add a wire feeding machine, for steady welding with big seams.
The laser welding process is thermal conduction, i.e. the laser radiation heats the surface of work piece, and the surface heat diffuses to the interior through thermal conduction and melts the work piece by controlling the width, energy, peak power and repeating frequency of laser pulse to form specific molten pool.
