QA-LSP3000 is a high power laser shock peening machine system, which adopta the latest 3KW laserline diode laser, Kuka 6 axis robot and Siemens control system.
Laser shock peening is to irradiate a sacrificial layer (black tape, aluminum foil tape, black lacquer, etc.) with a short pulse (tens of nanoseconds) high peak power density (>109 W/cm2) laser, and the sacrificial layer absorbs laser energy and undergoes explosive vaporization evaporation. Producing a high-temperature (>10000K), high-pressure (>1GPa) plasma, which is subjected to a constrained layer to generate a high-intensity pressure shock wave. Under the action of the shock wave, a residual compressive stress layer is obtained on the surface of the workpiece, thereby improving The stress corrosion resistance and fatigue life of the workpiece.
