1KW Handheld Fiber Laser Rust Removal Machine adopt a 1000W Continuous fiber laser source. For laser brands,you can choose from Raycus,MAX,IPG,JPT,GW etc. It has long lifetime up to 100,000 hours, and can work 24 hours without stop. For laser power, we also have 1000W,1500W 2000W 3000W to choose.
The laser cleaning speed is very fast with such high laser power, but need to work on thick metal and materials which are not easy burned, like stone, brick, glass etc,because it will create much heat during working.
Compared with Pulsed fiber laser sources, Continuous fiber laser is much cheaper, also have advanges on some cleaning conditions.
So if you only need to clean rust on carton steel, this model maybe a best choice.
The fiber cable length is 10 meters, and also can customize longer up to 20 meters.The CW Laser Rust Removal Machine can be customized according to customer requirements.
For laser beam width,we can make it up to 500mm.The standard one is about 200mm.
